How do I place an International Order?

You can place an order online or over the phone using a major credit card like American Express, Master Card or Visa.  

To place an international order online: 
- Select the items you would like to purchase, and proceed to the checkout area. 
- Sign in to your account, create an account, or proceed as a guest. 
- Enter your address information. When you reach the 'Country' selection, choose the country you will need from the drop down menu. 
- You can then proceed with payment details and complete your order. 
- If you experience any issues, please contact and we will be able to assist you further.

If you would like to fax your order to us, please send it to 818-764-0273, and make it "attn: Customer Service."

To calculate shipping charges, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected). You can then enter your shipping information and see what the estimated cost will be. All shipping prices are determined by weight, and number of items ordered. 

International orders ship via USPS First Class (2-5 Weeks) or USPS Priority Mail International (10 days to 2 weeks). Due to recent border restrictions, International delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs processes. Please contact your local postal location for further information on your shipment if you are experiencing an extended delay. USPS delivers to your local mail carrier who then delivers to the address provided with your order.

"If you are placing an order from Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, or Venezuela, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. Please send your fax attn: Customer SErvice. If we do not receive your fax, your order will be deleted automatically. Please use the following fax number: 818-764-0273. All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery."

How do you calculate International taxes and duties?

If you are ordering outside of the United States, your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) when it arrives. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include custom fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned.
We do not estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

- Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.


When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed immediately once received. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to trace your purchase via the USPS website.
