Return / Exchange

Merch Method will accept any unwashed / unworn merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days of the received date (within 30 days of shipment date for orders outside of the United States). Merch Method stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Merch Method will NOT accept any opened non-wearable merchandise, including but not limited to; belts, key chains, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, videos, etc., for exchange and return. There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages; all sales are final.

-To process an exchange or return on the order you have received, please fill out the R/E form on the back of your invoice and include in your return package.

-If you did not receive a copy of the form please e-mail and we can e-mail one to you to fill out and include with your return/exchange.

-We will need you to ship the original merchandise back to us including your completed return/exchange form in order to process your return or exchange. If this information is not included in your packaging we will not be able to process your request.

-Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and reship the item you request. If there are any issues with your exchange we will contact you via phone or email.

-You will be responsible for reshipping the item back to us and a one-time $8.00 restocking fee will be assessed to the original payment method used when placing the order. This fee covers the postage to send back the new item, as well as the adding of the item back into inventory. The restocking fee is charged per order, not per item. For any exchange outside of the US, the original shipping cost will be charged to have the new item shipped. 

-If you are just returning an order and would like a credit to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal), you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) and there will NOT be an additional $8.00 fee assessed to the order.

Be sure to use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the exchange to be fully processed & reshipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged we are very sorry for the inconvenience and you will incur additional shipping charges.

o    For US Customers - We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the package, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mailman pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

o    For International Customers - You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed a new tracking number.

Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return package.
Merch Method cannot be held responsible for any returned package unless the customer has obtained proof of delivery.

Please do not use any expedited shipping methods such as 2nd day air or 3day shipping. We will NOT be able to offer a full refund on any expedited shipping methods.

-Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse the new item shipment to be processed.

-Please note if you don't include the copy of your invoice/return form we will be unable to process your exchange.
