To process an exchange or return on the order you have received, please fill out the Return/Exchange form sent with your order and include in it your return package or we will not be able to process your request. If you did not receive a copy of the form, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Merch Method will accept any unwashed, unworn merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days of the receival date for domestic orders and within 30 days for international orders. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. All media must be sealed. Merch Method will NOT accept any opened, unsellable merchandise. This includes but is not limited to apparel, media, accessories etc. for exchange and return. All sales for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages are final sale with no refunds, returns or exchanges.

All domestic exchanges include a one-time $8.00 restocking fee that also covers postage for reshipments. For any exchange outside of the US, the original shipping cost will be charged to have the new item shipped.
Once we receive returned merchandise, we will process returns for a refund of item cost or exchange and ship requested items, based on availability. If there are any issues with your return/exchange we will contact you via phone or email.
Be sure to obtain a tracking number when you return any items. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the exchange to be fully processed & reshipped.
Please be aware that any correspondence in regards to returns/exchanges should be promptly responded to. Should we receive returns without contact information or should we not hear back from the sender, you forfeit your return and we will restock the inventory after 90 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged you will not be responsible for shipping cost. Please contact us. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving any order issues and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused.
We can issue pre-paid return shipping labels for domestic orders. Once we receive your return, we will either refund your order or re-ship your new item, per your request. New tracking information will be provided via e-mail.
You must mail us your package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping, and we will refund your shipping cost upon receiving your return. Please do not use any expedited shipping methods as we will NOT be able to offer a full refund on any expedited shipping methods.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the new item shipment to be processed. Please let us know if your order is needed by a specific date or holiday and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
