Question:
How long does it take for my order to ship? 

Answer:
Due to the Holiday Season, Please allow 3 to 7 days for your order to be shipped. For LA PIT / Villalobos Rescue Center Orders, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Any order placed after Dec. 18th will be shipping on Jan 4th. 


At Merch Method, We strive to get ALL orders shipped as quickly as possible. Orders will ship within 3 buisness days of being received, and a tracking number e-mail will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Delays of the shipment may occur if we are not able to fill all of the items in your order. If this happens, we will contact you via phone or e-mail to make sure we can get your order shipped immediately.

What if I need to cancel / edit an order (address, item quantity, etc.)? 

CANCELING AN ORDER:
Please contact us by phone or email IMMEDIATELY with your order number, and state that you would like to cancel your order. Please also include Cancel Order as the subject so we can take care of the cancellation as quickly as possible.

We can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed through our warehouse or shipped.
We process orders once they are received, so it is extremely important you contact us right away. Once an order is taken out to our warehouse to process, it is almost impossible to catch before shipment.

If we're contacted right away, we can generally catch the order before it begins processing.

Once your order is canceled you will receive a refund via your original payment method.
Please keep in mind the refund may take up to 5 business days to fully process through your bank/appear in your account.  You will receive a refund email once your refund is processed by us.


EDITING AN ORDER (adding or removing items):
Please contact us by phone or email IMMEDIATELY with your order number, and a description of what you would like to do.  Please be sure to include EDIT ORDER in the subject line.

We can edit your order as long as it has not been processed through our warehouse or shipped.
We process hundreds of orders daily so it is extremely important you contact us right away.
Once an order is taken out to our warehouse to process, it is almost impossible to catch before shipment. 

If we're contacted right away, we can generally catch the order before it begins processing.

- If you are adding an item please include the item sku or description along with the size you'll need. You will be responsible for the additional item cost and additional shipping. If you paid via credit card, we can charge your card as soon as the order is changed. If you paid via PayPal we will request you send the cost of the item & shipping to our PayPal account. We will provide the total cost once we have the order & the item(s) + shipping are added.

- If you are removing an item please include the item you'd like to remove. You will be refunded for the cost of the item/partial shipping.

- If you are looking to change the size of the item you ordered, please include the item you'd like to change and the size you'll need. As long as the item is in stock we can make the necessary changes. We will confirm once changes have been made.

What are your domestic shipping rates for US customers?

Answer: 
Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected).
We have many stores that have various agreements with us on shipping charges, thus we are unable to state specific charges here.
US Domestic orders ship by default through USPS, and will ship either
 - USPS First Class (3-5 days)
- USPS Priority Mail Service (1-3 Business days).

You do have an option to upgrade to Express shipping (Next Day) at an additional charge. Please contact customerservice@merchmethod.com or call 818-255-3205 prior to making the purchase so that we can arrange the faster shipping method for you. All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-12 business day delivery).

Question: 
How do I check the status of my order?

Answer: 
Order status is available at the bottom of the Merch Method homepage. Click the 'Order Status' link, and enter your order number and e-mail address used to place the order. Alternatively, login to 'My Account' at the top of the page to see all past and present orders. One of the following statuses will be displayed: 

Order Status:
Pending Credit: Your order has been received, and is in que to be shipped. 
Pending Shipping: Your order is currently being packed and prepared for shipment. 
Completed: Your order has been shipped and/or delivered.
Backordered: Your order is on Backorder, and will be filled once stock becomes available
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and you will receive a refund for your purchase to the payment method used to place the order. 

You can also call us toll free M-F 8am-4:30pm PST for any updates on your order. Please provide us with the order number when calling about an order status update. 



Question: 
Where do I find my tracking number? 

Answer: 
You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that is sent to the e-mail address used when placing the order. This e-mail is sent as soon as the order ships, and will have tracking details that you can use to trace your order via the USPS website
